A clear agreement sets expectations from the beginning, keeps the work organised and protects both sides throughout the project. سياسة واضحة تحفظ حقوق الطرفين طوال المشروع.

Payment الدفع
Work begins once the agreed initial payment has been received. Remaining payments follow the schedule agreed before the project begins.

Revisions التعديلات
Revisions are handled during the agreed review stages. Changes that move the project in a substantially different direction may require additional work.

Delivery التسليم
Delivery depends on the agreed scope and on receiving the content, information and approvals needed to complete the work. Delays in receiving materials may affect timing.

Support الدعم
Website projects include one month of support after delivery for technical issues related to the delivered work. New features or work outside the agreed scope are not included.

Ownership حقوق المشروع
Once all agreed payments have been completed, the client receives the final deliverables for their intended use. Completed work may be shown in SKOMI Studio's portfolio unless confidentiality has been agreed beforehand.

Third-party Assets المواد الخارجية
Fonts, images, plugins, hosting and other third-party services may have their own licences and terms. Their use remains subject to the conditions of their providers.

Cancellation إلغاء المشروع
If a project is cancelled after work has started, completed work and time already spent may be charged according to the agreed scope and stage of the project.

Privacy الخصوصية
Information shared with SKOMI Studio for a project is treated as project information and is not intentionally shared with unrelated parties, except where a third-party service is required to complete the agreed work.

Portfolio عرض الأعمال
Completed projects may be shown as part of SKOMI Studio's portfolio unless confidentiality has been requested before the project begins.
